Dart Tournament Hits a Bull’s Eye

Darters arrived at Sidelines Sports Bar on Wednesday, August 8th & 15th ready to compete as the first dart tournament got underway at the already popular gay sports bar. The game was Cricket and players (both men and women) enthusiastically lined up to take aim at winning bragging rights and prizes (bar tabs) for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place.

Congratulations go out to the 1st Place winners, Mark P. and Jay; 2nd place winners, Mark K. and Mark P.; and 3rd place winners, Jay and the tournament’s Commissioner, Valerie, who remarked, “Everyone thought the tournament was a smashing success! We’re looking forward to an even bigger turnout in the coming weeks”.

Customer Comfort is Always Paramount at Sidelines

In an effort to provide an even more comfortable environment for gay men and women to enjoy their favorite sports, four newly-installed “Smoke Eaters” have been strategically positioned throughout the bar to eliminate cigarette smoke.

“We hope these Smoke-Eaters will encourage all gay sports fans including those who do not smoke to come in and enjoy a cocktail in a clear and pleasant setting”, stated Laurie Whittaker, co-owner of Sidelines.

Gay sports fans can now enjoy watching their favorite teams play on one of the many giant flat-screen TV’s while relaxing with friends or playing a round of darts or pool. Sidelines Sports Bar continues to provide a fun and comfortable environment for gay men and women in South Florida.
