Sidelines Sports Bar presents two new indoor “sports” sure to ward off the intense summer heat of South Florida each year. Sidelines will host its first Dart Tournament, beginning on Wednesday, August 8th at 8:00 PM. On every Wednesday, throughout the summer, Sidelines Sports Bar will be the perfect place for “Cricket” enthusiasts to come and throw their darts out. Players should arrive at 7:30 PM to register and prizes will be given out to 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place winners. The Q Ball Pool League, Fort Lauderdale’s gay billiard league, open to gay men and women, has started its summer season with eighteen teams currently on the rosters. Games are played every Tuesday night at 8:00 PM at various bars, clubs and restaurants in the Fort Lauderdale area - including Wilton Manors and Oakland Park.

Sidelines Sports Bar has four (4) sponsored teams and is hoping to once again reach the playoffs at the end of the season in November. This is a social league which emphasizes friendly competition and hopes that everyone - regardless of skill - has a good time and makes new friends.

Gay sports fans can now enjoy watching their favorite teams play on one of the many giant flat-screen TV’s while relaxing with friends or playing a round of darts or pool. Sidelines Sports Bar continues to provide a fun and comfortable environment for gay men and women in Wilton Manors.
