Fort Lauderdale, Florida – May 15, 2006 – Tony Henriques, veteran bartender on the “Drive”, recently joined the team as Head Bartender at Sidelines Sport Bar. Tony, who recently could be seen creating delicious, yet tempting concoctions at Boom, was overjoyed when Laurie and Marty, the owners of Sidelines Sports Bar, solicited his talents to the new gay sports bar opening in Wilton Manors, Florida.

For those who know Tony, he brings to the team an unwavering sense of humor, much of it demonstrated for the enjoyment of his bar’s patrons. Tony thrills his customers with practical jokes, slapstick comedy and bartending mastery unique to but a few. Tony is also an avid sports fan - some may say a “sports maniac” and plans to cheer loudly for his New England teams (the Patriots and the Red Sox) as well as his Florida favorites (the Dolphins and the Marlins).

Henriques’ addition to the staff at Sidelines Sports Bar is an essential part of the enthusiasm that owners have placed on each their staff members. “We’ve hired some of the best bartenders, bar backs and floor managers in the business”, states Marty. “Having Tony as a part of our team just characterizes the ‘fun and friendly’ ambiance you’ll find here”.
